Conference Rooms
Our 41 conference rooms come in a variety of styles and seating capacities to fit your meeting needs. They feature ergonomically designed chairs, spacious working areas, high-speed Internet access, computers and more. For presentations, the rooms have great acoustics and natural light, as well as obstruction-free viewing for your attendees.Specs

McKinnon Board Room
For a memorable meeting experience, the McKinnon Executive Board Room, featuring a beautiful scissor table, combines comfort and advanced meeting technology. Attendees will enjoy the convenience of built-in microphones and high-speed Internet access at each chair.Specs

Deans Hall
This versatile hall offers functionality, with enough space to comfortably seat up to 300 guests. The neutral tones will coordinate with any décor you choose.Specs

Presidents Hall
Presidents Hall is an expansive space that can accommodate plenary sessions, large banquets or even public displays and exhibitions. This facility is actually a total of four adjoining halls with a combined seating of over 850 guests. Partitioning is available for smaller groups.Specs

Management Development Technology Center
This computer-based center offers powerful facilitating tools to keep your group productive and connected. The center features advanced in-group systems technology and audiovisual equipment, as well as a group facilitator on-hand to assist guests.
Senate Suites
The Senate Suites are one of our most charming Penn State meeting facilities and are ideal for a small meeting, banquet or other private gathering. The space can be divided into 3 rooms and includes a lounge with full-service bar, leather furniture settings, grand piano, and access to the outdoor terrace.
